Short version. This website sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and does not follow you anywhere. We collect only what you send us, and we use it only to reply.

AI Finance Partners Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC113373. What this website collects
No cookies. This site sets none. That is why you have not been asked to accept any.
Analytics without tracking. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It is cookieless, it does not fingerprint your device, and it does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites. We can see that a page was read. We cannot see who read it.
No advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no LinkedIn tag, no advertising network of any kind on this site.
No third party fonts or scripts. Everything on the page is served from our own domain, so no other company learns that you visited.
What we collect when you contact us
If you fill in a form, book a call, or email us, we collect what you choose to send: usually your name, company, email address, website and whatever you tell us about your business.
We use it to reply to you and to do the work you asked for. Nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you tick a box explicitly asking us to, and that box is never ticked for you.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests for replying to a business enquiry, and consent where you have asked to receive the weekly email.
The Outside View, specifically
If you request an Outside View, we research your business from public sources only. Your website, your filed accounts at Companies House, your marketplace and what is openly searchable. We do not ask for and do not want access to your books, your bank or anything you have not published.
We keep your request details for twelve months so we have a record of what you asked for and when, then delete them, unless you become a client or you have asked to stay on the list.
Our tools
We use Cloudflare to serve this website, Google Workspace for email and documents, and standard accountancy software for client work. Each of them acts as a processor on our instructions. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone for marketing.
Client work and confidentiality
For client engagements, confidentiality is governed by our engagement letter and, where relevant, a signed non disclosure agreement. We are regulated by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants on ethics and professional standards, which carries its own confidentiality obligations on top of data protection law.
Where AI tooling is used in client work, identifying detail is removed before processing and nothing is submitted to any service that retains inputs for model training. A qualified accountant reviews and signs every output.
The weekly email
If you ticked the box, you get one email a week and you can unsubscribe in one click from any of them. We keep a record of when you consented and to what wording, because we have to be able to show it. We do not pass your address to anyone.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. Email andrew@aifinancepartners.co.uk and we will deal with it within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change this notice we will change the date below. If the change is significant and affects people who have already given us data, we will tell them directly rather than quietly updating the page.
Common questions
Does the AI Finance Partners website use cookies? No. The website sets no cookies at all, which is why there is no cookie banner. Analytics are handled by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect personal data or build a profile of you.
Does AI Finance Partners use AI on client data? Only where identifying detail has been removed first, and never with any service that retains inputs for model training or fine tuning. Client confidential information is not submitted to public AI services. A qualified accountant reviews and signs every output.
